Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients at senior management level to exceed service expectations and promote mutual growth. Design and implement optimized processes to enhance operational performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations to achieve KPIs. Oversee P&L responsibilities, prepare detailed financial reports, and present them to senior management to ensure financial health and efficiency. Effectively resolve operational bottlenecks through proactive communication with clients, internal teams, and external service providers. Promote the professional growth and development of your team by enhancing skills, encouraging ambition, and fostering innovative behavior. Lead strategic improvement projects to increase productivity and manage relationships with all stakeholders, including suppliers and facilities management, to ensure seamless operations. YOUR PROFILEA completed Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration. At least 5 years of experience, preferably in logistics, medical, or production industries, with leadership and project responsibilities. Skilled in account management and project oversight, with a proven track record in successfully implementing client-specific solutions. Operational expertise without a sales background, with the ability to effectively manage new product introductions. Strong commercial insight, with extensive experience in account management and understanding of commercial interests. Understanding urgency and precision, especially with demanding clients such as Japanese clients, and able to meet their high expectations. Proficiency in managing both sales and operational activities, with the responsibility of closing the site when the team is absent. WE OFFERSalary between €4.531,- and €7.638.
