Electrical Project Manager

Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager with expertise in medium and low voltage (MV/LV) systems? Do you want to lead complex electrical projects across the EMEA region for data centers, utilities, and other critical infrastructure clients?

In this role, you manage medium to large-scale power distribution and automation projects from handover to final delivery. You work mostly remotely, travel up to 25% within EMEA, and take full ownership of planning, stakeholder coordination, and project performance.

Your role as Electrical Project Manager

As an Electrical Project Manager, you are fully responsible for managing medium to large electrical projects from post-sales handover through final project closeout.

Your responsibilities include:

Managing the design, procurement, installation, and testing of MV/LV systems
Coordinating engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and customers
Planning and controlling projects in terms of scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resources, using tools such as MS Project
Acting as the main customer contact throughout the project lifecycle
Leading project kick-offs and ensuring clear responsibilities and deliverables
Monitoring financial performance, including cost control and change management
Driving continuous improvement

The Electrical Project Manager we are looking for

You are a structured and customer-oriented Project Manager with experience in electrical, mechanical, or industrial environments. You thrive in international settings and take ownership of complex customer projects.

We are looking for someone with:

Strong knowledge of medium voltage (MV) systems and power distribution
Experience in data centers, utilities, renewables, or other critical infrastructure is a strong plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English, Dutch is a plus
You already live in the Netherlands, no visa sponsorship is available
