We are looking for a Product Manager - Technical, Ring App to own, define, and build customer experiences across Ring applications, connecting the customer journey across app and device experiences. In this role, you will be working cross-functionally to gain insights, define requirements, and develop solutions to support the growth of Ring products. This includes working closely with engineers, support, and our business partners to maintain and support our existing products and guide new products to launch. We are looking for someone who is customer-focused and mobile technology savvy with a passion for consumer devices and software. Key job responsibilities Take high level direction and turn a strategic plan into a tactical plan. Manage prioritization and trade-offs for customer experience, performance, and features. Manage the day-to-day product owner tasks of ticket writing, product acceptance, prioritization and backlog grooming. Identify key performance indicators, strive for improvement, and communicate progress. Regularly identify insights and form hypotheses to validate through research. Provide cross-functional reporting insights into customer and support data. Facilitate alignment across the app, design, engineering, legal, marketing, and content teams for new features. Effectively use data and metrics to back up assumptions, business value, and identify customer pain points. Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process. Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines.
