At Médetone, we are building the next chapter of pharmacy-led digital care in Europe. Rightangled, one of the UK's leading online pharmacy platforms, is expanding into Europe, and Amsterdam is our launchpad. With an office in the heart of the city and a small, high-trust team, we are entering a new phase: scaling fast, building strong partnerships, and delivering a reliable online pharmacy experience at scale.
We are hiring a Pharmacy Assistant to support daily pharmacy operations and help build a pharmacy that runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This is a hands-on logistics-focused role with real responsibility, but also room to think bigger. We are looking for someone who brings structure, energy, and ideas, and who wants to contribute to how we scale.
Role: Pharmacy Assistant (Operations + Growth)
Location: Amsterdam (office in the city centre)
Hours: Full-time
Start: As soon as possible
You will be part of the core pharmacy operations team and help keep everything running: from stock and deliveries to order preparation and maintaining an organised pharmacy environment. You will support the wider team by executing day-to-day workflows with precision and speed.
At the same time, you will actively contribute to improving how we work. Because we are scaling, we need people who spot inefficiencies, suggest better ways of working, and help implement improvements. If you have good ideas, they will be heard, tested, and put into action.
