We are looking for a part-time Office Support to manage the day-to-day operations of our office near Amsterdam Central.

Key Responsibilities:
Most of the tasks evolve around maintaining the office. The admin and event planning part are mostly managed by our office manager.
- Maintain office equipment (e.g., coffee machine, dishwasher)Order groceries and other necessary items
- Plan office events and order required materials and book travel accommodations for company and business trips (5% of the job)
- Communicate with suppliers
- Ad hoc solution finding to office-related problems
What You Bring:
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills for ad hoc tasks
- Fluency in English; Dutch fluency is a big plus
- Experience in office management and administrative work is ideal
- Willingness to be at the office every day at 8:00h-12:00h
- Good use of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
