Delta V Automation Engineer – Eindhoven, Netherlands – 12+ Month Contract

Your Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of a new Delta V system as part of the expansion project.
Possess an extensive comprehension of the Delta V platform
Demonstrate a profound understanding of Delta V control system design within the pharmaceutical sector.
Take on the role of Technical Lead, supervising the work and deliverables produced by the System Integrator. This includes, but is not limited to, technical standards and work processes.
Collaborate effectively with the System Integrator Engineers and Developers.
Oversee the suppliers and engineering team and provide support where needed.
Support software FATs and SATs by approving documents and witnessing as the Automation Representative.
Provide guidance and technical direction to the external System Integrator for the generation and testing of the Delta V DCS software configuration.
Review and approve Automation Requirements, Design, Test, Ǫualification and Validation documentation

Your Requirements:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Preferably, possess at least 5 years of working experience in Biopharma engineering, operations, or manufacturing.
Preferably, have 5+ years of experience in Delta V control system design.
Ideally, possess knowledge of instrumentation.
Demonstrate proven technical leadership and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with GMPs, regulatory requirements, and computer system validation.
Maintain regular communication and provide project status updates to Project Management, both formally and informally.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for technical and non-technical audiences.
Dutch fluency is required
