Your Role and Impact
As a Senior Manager in our Risk practice, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in the financial services sector. Your primary focus will be on business development and client relationship management , helping us grow our presence in risk-related domains. While deep technical risk expertise is not a prerequisite, a strong understanding of the financial sector and regulatory landscape is essential.
Lead and grow client relationships, especially with CROs and their leadership teams.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and market insights.
Inspire and manage high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to shape compelling value propositions and deliver impactful solutions.
Experience in the use of Generative AI and emerging technologies to transform risk functions and unlock new value for clients is an advantage.
Stay informed on evolving regulatory frameworks and help clients navigate compliance with confidence.
