Job Specification – Field Service Technician HVAC

About the Role
As a Field Service Technician HVAC, you'll ensure comfortable indoor climates for a wide range of clients, including hospitals, universities, government institutions, pharma, and industrial facilities. Whether you are an experienced technician or a recent graduate, this role offers opportunities for growth, training, and hands-on experience with advanced HVAC and building automation systems.
You'll work independently on smaller projects and as part of project teams on larger initiatives, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and energy generation systems.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for clients and coordinate subcontractors.
Configure, program, inspect, and test building automation and control systems.
Implement or advise on energy-saving measures for clients.
Perform maintenance and repair of HVAC control systems.
Prepare measurement reports and provide technical recommendations to clients.
Work independently on small projects and collaborate on larger ones as part of a project team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum MBO level education in Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration, Mechatronics, IT, or a related field.
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and customer-oriented skills.
Preferably knowledgeable in building automation systems, servers, and network technologies.
Valid driver's license B.
Strong organizational skills, eagerness to learn, and ability to prioritize under pressure.
Willingness to participate in on-call duty for emergencies.
Bonus Certifications: KLIA, KLIC, MRKA, MRKC
