Your tasks:

Strategic and operational management of the companies together with a Tunisian Directeur (Automotive) and two German Managing Directors.
Collaboration in the development of the business strategy.
Operational planning, control & monitoring of all internal and external activities.
Business process optimization through selection and implementation of a new ERP system.
Further development and expansion of the purchasing organization.
Maintaining, developing, and establishing new business relationships with customers and suppliers, contacts with local authorities and institutions.

Your profile:

Degree in business administration or technical studies with professional experience in the field of series production.
At least initial management experience in a senior position.
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong target and results orientation, innovative ability, and cost awareness.
Convincing personality with strong communication skills.
Knowledge of current manufacturing standards.
Constructive, collaborative, and engaging leadership style.
Confident communication in Arabic, French, English, and preferably German.
