At Xccelerated, we’re looking for Data Engineers to help build a state-of-the-art Data Platform in Google Cloud Platform. You’ll join forces with experienced consultants and get over 60 days of tailored training to maximize your growth and impact.
Responsibilities
Help design, build and maintain a modern Data Platform from scratch on Google Cloud Platform.
Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to build scalable pipelines and deploy models.
Receive over 60 days of in-depth technical training and project support from our Tech Leads.
After one year, transition to a direct contract with the client organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Data Engineer at Xccelerated, you’ll be part of a team building the foundation for data‑driven decision making.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
Develop components of the data platform that enable analytics and machine learning use cases.
Ensure robust integration between systems and data models.
Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to align architecture and implementation.
You’re a hands‑on engineer with a strong can‑do mentality. You enjoy solving challenges and learning by doing.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or related field.
1–4 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
Skilled in Python and familiar with at least one public cloud (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
Experience with modern data tooling like Databricks, Spark, or Airflow.
Proactive, eager to learn, and focused on impact.

Working Conditions
You’ll work four days per week at one of our partner companies and spend one day per week on structured training, mentorship, and innovation. After one year with us, you’ll have the opportunity to join one of our partner companies directly and continue your impact.
