As the CRM Manager, you will use data to track progress and results, optimizing customer communication and journeys to drive meaningful engagement and business growth.
In this role, you will define and execute our CRM strategy, roadmap, creative direction, and campaigns while collaborating with internal teams.
You will also manage and mentor a junior CRM specialist, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
Your Key Responsibilities Develop CRM Strategy: Create and implement CRM strategies to boost customer engagement and lifetime value (CLV) across 5+ markets.
Lead CRM Activities: Translate your ideas into actionable roadmaps and manage all CRM activities.
Own KPIs: Take responsibility for shop targets and deliver results through effective email campaigns.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Data & Analytics, Creative, and Customer Service teams to execute strategic plans.
Execute Flawlessly: Oversee newsletters, automated journeys, transactional emails, and flyers with operational support from the junior CRM specialist.
Manage & Mentor: Guide and coach the junior CRM specialists to ensure their professional growth and success.
You’ll report directly to our Head of Growth and play a critical role in driving Parfumado’s customer-centric approach forward.
Is this you? Experience: 3+ years in CRM and email marketing, ideally in a DTC subscription business.
Technical Skills: Proficient in marketing automation and designing customer journeys; strong knowledge of ESPs like Klaviyo, Customer.io, or similar platforms.
Creative Collaboration: Ability to develop creative campaigns by closely collaborating with internal design and creative teams.
Data-driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies (using tools like Excel/Google Sheets).
Analytics Expertise: Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau).
Project Management: Skilled at managing projects, processes, and stakeholders effectively.
Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch, both written and verbal.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both within the team and across departments.
