You are more than an engineer . You are a Tech Lead, builder, and consultant in one. Design and build end-to-end AI solutions
Take systems from idea to production deployment
Make architecture decisions and ensure scalability
Lead teams of engineers
Translate business challenges into technical solutions
Work with Python, ML frameworks, Gen AI, and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Build scalable systems using MLOps and CI/CD
Lend your technical expertise to client conversations to succesful start new opportunities
Time allocation: 70% client project work + 30% research, internal (domain) work and more. Note that ML6 is not an outsourcing firm, our agents work on projects together with a team of colleagues.
WHAT YOU BRING 4+ years of working experience as a software, ML or AI engineer
Proven track record in delivering end-to-end solutions (to production)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Experience leading projects or small technical teams
Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical) in English and Dutch
Familiarity with MLOps principles and a passion for building robust, scalable systems WHY JOINING ML6
