You’re the gatekeeper of customer service, no customer of yours will walk out the door unsatisfied. You are a motivator for others, you drive sales through the roof and customers see you as the face of the No Label success story. You’ll be responsible for:● Making sure the customers receive the best service possible● Manage a team of sales assistants● Monitor store performance, on all aspects● Motivate, lead and guide the team● Oversee store processes run correctly and coming up with improvements where needed We’re looking for someone who is:● Service oriented● Strong communication skills, you can keep up a conversation with anyone● Proven leadership skills or experience● Ability to create and analyze store data We don’t require you to have years of experience or a ”passion” for fashion, we just need you to be adaptable and have a thirst for knowledge.
